Cultural Tour

The cultural tour covers Windhoek city and Katutura. Explanation of orientation and location of various places of interest. Historically significant locations include the Alte Feste, Reiterdenkmal, Christus Kirche, Tinten Palast, and the old location cemetary. We visit the Shalom Orphan Support Centre, Penduka craft centre, and the single quarters. For a special experience we can also stop by the Woven Arts in the Africa Arts & Crafts centre where you can witness Namibians weave beautiful hand-made carpets & decorative items – www.wovenarts.cc. Continual elaboration on structures, areas, and event from existence till present day. Attention is given to Namibia's uniqueness of people, cultural diversity, unity, and future prosperity.
