Our unique programs include elements which ensure that all participants excel at something, but not everything. They are designed in such a way that personal and political barriers between the participants are dismantled and everyone has a good time.
Our team building programs are constructed with a view towards achieving Inter dependence among team members, ensuring that they have clear goals in each program and that to succeed the particpants need to communicate with one another and form a cohesive team. When we are all together we relax with a cup of coffee and play simple interactive games to break the ice. It is here where we announce the teams (put together by you) and the teams then meet their instructor and will receive their briefing. We divide the group into teams. It does not make a great difference if the teams are not exactly the same number on each side, as long as it’s evenly distributed among the various teams. All the activities are fun and not on an entirely competitive basis. Brief summary reports on participation are given onsite or detailed reports can be drawn up and delivered to your organization.
